This is an elcian FAQ. It was written by me, "Aphal", for Sam. Its mine. 
You cant steal it. At this point in time this FAQ is to only be used on the website 
"Skies of Arcadia World", Created by Sam.

FAQ:

Q- Who/What is he?
A- Elcian. He is a black looper who is extremely strong.

Q- Where can I find him?
A- He is in the Dark Rift, the last room. Enter from the Yafutoman side, 
and the first room you get to (after the beginning and the tunnel) he is there. 
You cant miss him. He is bigger than your ship.

Q- I did exactly what you said, but hes not there!! What gives??!!

He is only there after you have beaten Galcian and Soltis has risen.

Q- How do I beat him?? He totally annihilated me!
A- There are many ways to beat him, it usually just depends on your level.
See below for strategies.

Q- What do you get for beating him?
A- When you beat him you get 7,500 experience points, 20 magic Exp, and 15,000 gold.
Items you might get: (usually 1-2 at a time, maybe none)
- Dexus Seed
- Moonberry
- Valuan Medallion (rarely)

Levels 35-45
ATTEMPT TO MAX OUT SPIRIT METER
Make sure you have lots of Sacrulen and Sacrum crystals...
Vyse- Unless you have Drachma, Vyse has the Highest HP. Have him focus.
Aika- If you don't have Gilder, your going to need to use Delta Shield every round, to prevent pyri (2,000+ damage) and Slipara (usually causes sleep to everyone).
Fina- Block. Fina has low HP, and you might want her alive to heal the party.
This next part depends on who your 4th character is:
Drachma- Use spirit charge. 
Gilder- Either Focus, or use Aura of Denial, to prevent getting fatigued by Elcians normal attack (fatigue means you can't focus).
Enrique- Use Justice Shield, so Elcian's normal attacks dont kill you as much(3,000+ damage). (Enrique not recommended)
ALWAYS HEAL IF YOU ARE HIT, EVEN ONCE!!!
Keep repeating this until yourt spirit meter is maxed out. 
A new option will appear "Crew Special". Make sure everyone is alive at this 
moment and there are NO NEGATIVE STATUS CONDITIONS on anyone. 
Then use the Crew special "Prophecy" and repeat this until he dies.

Levels 45-55
Either do above or if Vyse's Power stat (with weapon) is around 250-300 than do this:
Vyse- Focus
Aika- Glyph of might
Fina- Guard
Drachma- Spirit Charge
Gilder- Focus or Aura of Denial 
Enrique- Focus or Justice Shield
After you have around 30-40 spirit charged up start using Pirates Wrath with Vyse every turn until he dies. 
The fourth party member should focus and Aika should use Delta shield while Fina guards.

After this, just keep going and buying stat boosting seeds from Illchymis after his shop is Expanded. 
Mostly get power boosting ones for Vyse, so Elcian dies faster. 
See if you can max out everyones stats.
