Hello there. Overall, pretty good stuff. I think I like the Admiral best. Have you considered maybe giving Ramirez/Zelos a try?

And what follows is just a bit of constructive criticism. My personal experiences with forums tell me that many people do not take well to constructive criticism. If you're one of these people, I'd go ahead and skip over this. But basically I noticed two things. For one, most of your images seem rather flat. I can't say I really know how to improve this except for experimenting around with new shading styles. The other thing is that your lines seem a bit pixellated (sp?). Maybe you could find an application to ray-trace them for you? Then all your lines would be smooth and it would come across as much cleaner. Those are the two things that stood out to me. Good creativity though, and potential. How long have you been drawing?


P.S. Hey... maybe we ought to get a fanart board up? I expect there's more art out there somewhere and mayhaps we don't want to bother the people solely concerned with the game.

Ilchymis, dude, its MS Paint, and only MS Paint, on those flat pixelated ones.

My stuff is intentionally flat and sharp, otherwise I wouldn't use Paint.

I wouldn't bitch about concrit, but, that's like... uh... telling an acrylic painter that their stuff is too bumpy, or a prisma-"ist"(?) that their stuff is too waxy.

Hey... er... dude. I've got to agree that for MS Paint that's pretty good. In my defense (mind you, I've never been on the offense) you didn't mention that it was done in paint here. I figured you used photoshop like the majority of people that post on forums. It's fine that you don't though, because it's way expensive for your average artist anyhow. Myself included. It's cool though. Chill. Didn't mean to make you sad.
