Its Spring of 1804, and there are some technical difficulties!

England tries again to take ground during the Russian retreat. While unsuccessful in St. Petersburg, they get a fleet into Denmark...

... because the Russians move south and take Kiel from Germany. The rest of their forces move back into the main Russian territories.

Turkey, showing more activity than it has in years, moves north into the Black Sea, and into Rumania, while sending an army across the Aegean to take Greece from Austria.

France, now the owners of the largest military in the way, continue eastward. One of their fleets protects Naples in case of an Austrian attack.

The Austrians however, seem to have communication problems, and are left confused when they stop receiving orders for months. They dig in and hold their positions, hoping to hear from their commanders soon.

The attempted moves this turn.

The results! OK! People want shorter turns so each turn is now ONE DAY! Have your orders in by TOMORROW by 11:59pm pst!

Its the Fall of 1804 and territory is (sometimes accidentally) taken!

Russia continues its defense of the motherland, and convoys its army in Kiel back to the east.

England continues on the heels of Russia's retreat and captures Kiel. While convoying an army from Edinburgh in the west, England makes a supported attack on the equally supported St. Petersburg.

Unfortunately for Russia, France sends a force into Moscow to disrupt the support, leading to England capturing St. Petersburg, forcing the Russian forces retreat into Finland. While making an apparently unneeded support of the convoy into Holland, French fleets set their sights to the east.

While moving fleets again, Turkey, not wanting to upset its neighbors, sets a path out of their territories into un-owned territory nearby.

Having finally repaired their radios, Austrian forces make a full retreat. Due to their poor communication with their neighbors, however, Austrian fleets accidentally block Turkish forces from leaving Greece, leading to its capture.

The attempted moves this turn.

The results! End of the year and territories have changed. Unit time!

Austria loses Greece: 1 unit must be removed.
England captures Kiel and St. Petersburg: 2 units may be built.
Russia loses St. Petersburg: 1 unit must be removed.
Turkey captures Greece: 1 unit may be built.

Its the Spring of 1805 and retreats aren't permanent.

Austria continues holding its positions in the south, still recovering from their communication difficulties.

All around Austria, France keeps up the push, fighting their way into Rome and making attacks on the Ionian Sea and Moscow.

Turkey steps in to help protect the Austrians in the Ionian, and decides to help Russia push their way back into Warsaw...

... which they do, pushing the French army out into a nearby territory. Russia also launches a supported attack back into St. Perersburg...

... but it is ruined by an attack from English forces in Sweden and extra defense support from Norway. The rest of the English fleet pushes its way east.

The attempted moves this round.

And France's retreat options. France's army was defeated in Warsaw and can retreat to Prussia, Silesia, or Galicia. The final move results will be posted, and the next turn will start, as soon as I get the French retreat orders.

It's 1805 and the war is still raging on!

England keeps moving east, capturing Denmark and sending fleets into the Gulf of Bothnia and Livonia.

The English fleets bump into the Russian armies moving through the area. Russia takes back Warsaw and moves south into Prussia.

To the south, Turkey moves north and captured Rumania on its way. They send a fleet into the Ionian, and send an army at the French in Galicia...

...where the Austrian's help them, pushing the French back into Silesia. The Austrian fleet in the Ionian moves north to attack the French, while the fleet in the Adriatic moves into Trieste.

France, not ready to stop their charge eastward, launch an attack on Venice, pushing the Austrian army into Piedmont, while capturing Rome with the supporting army.

The attempted moves this turn.

The results of the turn! This time everyone gets to participate in unit changes!

Austria loses Venice: 1 unit must be removed.
England captures Denmark: 1 new unit may be built.
France captures Venice and Rome, but loses Warsaw: 1 new unit may be built.
Russia captures Warsaw, but loses Denmark and Rumania: 1 unit must be removed.
Turkey captures Rumania: 1 new unit may be built

Its the Spring of 1806, and the small will not be crushed by the big.

England continues eastward, harassing Russia in the last of the northern territories the Russians are holding on to.

The Russians take advantage of the English fleet moving into the open ocean and move their army back into St. Petersburg. To the south, they launch an attack on Silesia from Prussia, with help from the army in Warsaw.

To make sure of the victory, the Turkish army in Galicia supports the Russian attack into Silesia. To the south, the Turkish fleets move west into the Ionian Sea.

Nearby, Austrian forces strike out at the French forces that are all but surrounding them. An army is sent into Bohemia, and a supported attack is made on Venice, pushing the French there into Tuscany.

Despite their losses in Venice and Silesia, the French are not slowed down. They continue advancing, moving into Piedmont on the heels of the Austrians, and destroying the last of the Italian forces in Naples.

The attempted moves this round.

And the results! The Fall of 1806 starts now!

Its the Fall of 1806, and nobody captures any supply points!

Despite being almost completely surrounded, Russia tries to re-capture St. Petersburg with a single army. The rest of its forces move into Prussia, and help Austria in an attack on Munich.

Seeing the wall of forces France has lined up nearby, Austria pulls out of Venice but sends a fleet into the Adriatic.

France launches a large attack to retake Venice, not knowing of Austria's plans to retreat anyway. Their fleets in the south shuffle positions to move farther east.

Taking advantage of this fleet movement, Turkey sends one of their own fleets into Naples, preventing anyone from capturing it this year.

England focuses on a single goal: Getting an army into St Petersburg. More than half of its forces go toward this effort, leading to a successful assault on the territory, pushing the Russians back into Moscow. Their army in Kiel supports the French in Munich, preventing its capture by the Austrians. A supported fleet movement into Prussia stops the Russians from moving there from Warsaw.

The attempted moves this turn.

And the results!

France lost one unit this year, but no supply points, so they may build a replacement unit. The next turn starts after France send their build order.

Its the Spring of 1807 and alliances are made absolutely clear.

England moves their forces around in the north, moving their army south to Livonia with support from Prussia...

...but Russia attacks and destroys the fleet in Prussia, and sends another army to Livonia to stop the English army from moving.

To the south, Turkey's armies are on the move, heading to the various battlefronts. The Turkish fleets defend their position in the Ionian.

On the southern front, Austria sends one fleet toward Venice, while the rest of their forces make a huge attack on Tyrolia...

...where they meet the French in equal numbers. Unfortunately for France, the Austrian attack on Venice cuts off some of their support, and the Austrians take Tyrolia. French forces work to hold Italy, while moving their fleets toward Naples.

The attempted moves this turn.

The results! Fall of 1807 has begun!

It's the Fall of 1807 and advances have come to a halt!

Running out of coastline to advance any farther, England goes all out defense, even protecting their neighbors France and Germany.

Much to the disappointment of Russia, whose attacks are all blocked.

On the opposite side, Austria is on the attack, sending forces at Munich, Venice, and Apulia.

Turkey does a little of everything, supporting the attack on Apulia, moving troops around toward the fights, and protecting their forces in the Ionian Sea.

While attempting, and failing, to take the Ionian from Turkey, the French are otherwise taking defensive actions across the board.

The attempted moves this round.

The results! End of Fall so time for unit changes!

France captures Naples: 1 new unit may be built.
England lost one unit this year, but no supply points, so they may build a replacement unit.
The next turn will start as soon as those build orders come in.

Its the Fall of 1807 and not everyone loves holding position!

Turkey holds.

Russia supports an move (that doesn't happen) and holds.

Austria tries to attack Apulia (which fails) and holds.

France moves an army, tries to attack the Ionian (which fails) and holds.

England convoys its new army from Edinburgh to Norway. While moving its fleet into St. Petersburg nearby, the army that was there before has gets help moving out of the way to Livonia. On the other side of the map, and English fleet continues its trek around Spain and into the Mediterranean.

The attempted holds, I mean moves, this turn.

The results! Fall of 1808 starts now!

It's the Spring of 1808, and the stalemate still holds.

Austria continues to lash out at the French, sending lone units out to harass Venice and Apulia.

Russia launches a supported attack against the English fleet in Livonia, while moving its other army back into Warsaw.

Unfortunately, Turkey also tries to send an army to Warsaw, so they both get bounced back. One Turkish army pokes at Munich, while the rest of their forces hold position.

While Russia is sending its supported attack at Livonia, England is sending one right back at Prussia. The forces all get pushed back to where they started. To the north, an English fleet pulls out of St. Petersburg to make room for the incoming army. In the south, the English fleet finally meets up with their French allies outside the Ionian Sea.

France makes room for the English fleet, and even helps it get there. The rest of the French forces hold position.

The attempted moves this round.

The results! Fall of 1808 starts now!

The year was 1808. The war in Europe had come to a stand still. Men were fighting, and dieing, every day with no significant gains or losses in ground. The countries of Russia and Austria approached their allies and enemies with a treaty, to end the war that had torn apart the continent for nearly a decade. Perhaps reluctantly, the other countries signed, and the war was finally ended.

GAME OVER. NOBODY WINS! (But France probably would have eventually, with 11 territories at the end and only one less tank unit than Austria/Russia/Turkey combined.)
