SoA ranking system fused with the forum

You know how you can have the option to rate people with low post. for example under the avatar it might say
"Newbie"

Well I think it would be pretty neat if it was.

You get the idea the more posts you had the higher up your rank would go just like in SoA.. Except without the posts.

There was a good rating system on the old forum, I think... something with a few bars, or the like

There were HP and MP bars under the avatars. MP was post count / Blue Rogue status, and HP was how close you were to being banned.
